The original actress who portrayed Wednesday Addams in the classic sitcom “The Addams Family,” Lisa Loring, passed away at 64.
According to her longtime agent Chris Carbaugh, Loring died surrounded by her family on Saturday. Carbaugh praised Loring for bringing one of the most iconic characters in Hollywood to life and added that she loved meeting her fans from around the world.
Loring’s death was also confirmed by her friend Laurie Jacobson, who stated that she had suffered a stroke caused by smoking and high blood pressure.

Born Lisa Ann DeCinces in the Marshall Islands, Loring was given her stage name when she started modelling at the age of three.
