The Daily Wire, a prominent conservative media company, has recently unveiled its latest venture into kid’s entertainment by announcing a live-action adaptation of the iconic Brothers Grimm fairytale, Snow White. Titled “Snow White And The Evil Queen,” the movie is set to be the flagship feature-length production for the company’s new kid’s entertainment platform, Bentkey. Starring conservative YouTuber and host of Bentkey’s show “The Comments Section,” Brett Cooper, the movie is slated for release in 2024.
The teaser for “Snow White And The Evil Queen” was revealed by The Daily Wire, giving audiences a glimpse of what to expect from this highly anticipated production. The teaser opens with a melody sung by Cooper, crafted by Jeremy Boreing, followed by a pan through a forest that reveals Cooper in the titular role of Snow White.
Speaking about the project, Jeremy Boreing of The Daily Wire stated, “It’s a story about a princess and a prince, about beauty and vanity, about love and its power to raise us from death to life. In addition to “Snow White And The Evil Queen,” Brett Cooper, who transitioned from actress to conservative commentator and YouTuber, will also star in The Daily Wire’s fantasy series, “The Pendragon Cycle.” In a statement, Boreing took a swipe at Disney’s upcoming Snow White movie starring Rachel Zegler, accusing it of exposing children to “popular but destructive lies of the current moment.” He further claimed that while Disney may still use Walt Disney’s name, they abandoned his legacy. Boreing expressed his hope that The Daily Wire could become like the Disney of yesteryear: “a little studio with big ideas and the courage to chase them.”
