Adam Lambert and Auli’i Cravalho are set to make their Broadway debuts this fall in the Tony Award-winning production of “Cabaret” at the Kit Kat Club. Lambert, a Grammy Award nominee and “American Idol” alum, will play the ‘Emcee,’ while Cravalho, star of “Moana,” will take on the role of ‘Sally Bowles.’ The performances will begin on September 16 at the August Wilson Theatre.
A New Beginning at the Kit Kat Club
The acclaimed musical “Cabaret” will welcome Lambert and Cravalho for a limited engagement through March 30, 2025. Eddie Redmayne and Gayle Rankin, who have received critical acclaim for their performances, will play their final shows on September 14. Lambert expressed his excitement: “Growing up on the musical theater stage, it was always a childhood dream to perform on Broadway. With this production of Cabaret, it finally felt like the right time to accept an invitation to make my debut.”
The Legacy of ‘Sally Bowles’
Auli’i Cravalho is equally thrilled about her role in Cabaret. She commented, “I’m thrilled to join the long line of talented women who have taken on the iconic ‘Sally Bowles’, most recently the dynamite Gayle Rankin. Performance Dates and Schedule
